Terms of Use

You need to be 13 or older (or older still, if the law where you live requires it). Each person can be paired with one person at a time.

Stuckie recognises you by an anonymous key kept on your phone, not by an email or password. So if you lose your phone or erase its Keychain data, we may not be able to restore your access to your couple. You're responsible for keeping your phone safe.

The photos, text and shopping asks you create stay yours. You allow Stuckie to store them and deliver them to the person you paired with, only so the app can work. That permission ends when you take the content back or delete it.

Only send what you have the right to send, and never send:

• anything illegal, or any sexual content involving minors;
• private images of someone else without their consent;
• anything threatening, harassing, or meant to hurt someone.

Stuckie exists to bring two people closer, not to control each other. Don't use it to monitor, pressure or harass the other person. You can unpair at any time without their agreement.

Don't reverse engineer the app, attack or overload the service, access it with automated tools, or impersonate anyone.

Shopping only records item names. Stuckie doesn't give medical advice; ask a pharmacist or doctor when buying or taking medicine.

Stuckie's core features are free, within the free plan's usage limits (currently 3 Moments photos a day per person and 5 open shopping asks at a time). Stuckie Pro is a paid plan that lifts those limits and adds more. Prices and conditions are shown clearly in the app before you buy.

• Purchases go through the App Store and follow Apple's terms. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in your iPhone's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• One of you buys, and both people in the couple get Pro. If you unpair, Pro stays with the person who paid.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

We keep improving Stuckie, so features may be added, changed or removed.

You can stop using Stuckie and delete everything of yours at any time (Settings › Your data). We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, especially where someone could get hurt.

Stuckie is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running well and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Stuckie isn't liable for indirect damages arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

These terms are between you and Stuckie, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to maintain or support it, and isn't responsible for claims relating to it (including intellectual property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you're not located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and aren't on any U.S. Government list of restricted parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, except where the consumer protection laws where you live give you other rights.
